Raising capital from venture capital companies, private equity firms or independent investors at any stage of a business can seem like a rather ambiguous and amorphous process. When raising capital, Morph helps marry businesses and potential investors by using a three-phase investment decision-making process: Investment planning, Investment presentations, Proposal assessment and negotiation. Morph also runs and invests its own investment fund.
